RETURN INFORMATION

If you want to exchange or return a product, please send us an email with your invoice number (see invoice above right and your name) to  tf@tessafrehse.de within 14 days. We will be happy to send you a free returns label.

We ask for your understanding that we only accept returned products if they are in perfect condition.

Once we receive the return, we will arrange a refund. Depending on the payment method, this can take up to 5 working days.

The return slip is enclosed with the shipment, but can be downloaded here at any time:

1. Send an email to tf@tessafrehse.de and request a return label (incl. invoice number and name)

2. Pack the item carefully in the box

3. Fill out the return form and enclose it with the shipment

4. Stick the label on the box

5. Hand in the carton to DHL
